MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION:  inox Aisi 304, Aisi 316, Aisi 316 Ti, and carbon steel, other upon request

USE:
-covers for tiled surfaces are used when a certain stone or tiles must be integrated in the cover. The depth of the cover is defined accordingly due to different height of stone or tiles. Covers of this type are most often installed on squares, in malls or tiled courtyards and similar.

EXECUTION:
- composed of a frame which is installed in the concrete hole and of a cover which sits on the rubber gasket of the frame. The cover is lowered and it contains an armed net which will have the concrete and tiles or stone, marble inserted. The gasket which is placed in the frame is made of foam rubber and it allows water tight and gas tight manholes. On the frame of the cover which goes into the concrete hole, anchor tips are added in order to allow better adhesion to the basis. The cover is fastened at its sides with four lowered bolts which ensure that the cover doesn't lift and they are an additional burden, thus assuring water tight and gas tight manholes. In order to remove the cover, the lowered bolts must be unfastened and the handle for cover lifting is fastened to the same thread. If the cover weights more than 50 kg, wheels for cover lifting are used and instead of the handle, eye bolts are fastened used to connect to the crane for cover lifting.

USE:  - covers with acoustic isolation are used mostly for preventing noise coming from the pumping basin and it is also used to prevent the filtration of warm or cold air and to prevent frosting. It is also used to ensure that the cover is water and gas tight.

EXECUTION:  - it consists of a frame made of an L-profile (the size of the L-profile depends on the size of the day) and it is placed in the concrete hole, and of a cover with thermal and acoustic isolation. The cover is made of inox corrugated sheet (unless the client chooses another material), bended at its edges to ensure acoustic and thermal isolation, as well as gasketing. On larger covers, bumpers are installed due to the weight of the covers. Lugs for the lock are placed on the cover and on the frame, in order to ensure it from theft.

USE:  - the cover with the rubber gasket is used to ensure a water and gas tight manhole. They are used also on surfaces used by cars or pedestrians.

EXECUTION:  Consists of a frame fixed in the concrete pothole and of a cover with a rubber gasket. The frame is made of an L-profile (the size of the L-profile depends on the size of the day). Anchor tips are added in order to allow better adhesion to the basis. The cover is made of inox corrugated sheet (mostly 3/4 mm thick) or of smooth steel sheets of different thickness, depending on the needs of the client. In both cases, on the inner rim of the cover anchor plates are welded, especially for covers used in the areas exposed to load from vehicles or pedestrians. On larger covers, bumpers are installed due to the weight of the covers and to allow easier lifting. The bumper is fixed on the frame and on the cover inside the manhole. Lugs for the lock are placed on the cover and on the frame, in order to ensure it from theft.
